There are three ways you can get involved in the Money for Life Programme. You can take one of our Open College Network (OCN) accredited, fully-funded training qualifications, you can get involved in the Money for Life Challenge, or Lloyds Banking Group employees can take part in the employee volunteering programme.

Qualifications

Who are they for?

The courses are suitable for employees or volunteers at not-for-profit organisations including Further Education institutions, charities, community groups, housing associations and credit unions.

Each course is tailored for different audiences.

What do they involve?

There are three different qualifications that help you learn more about money management, learn how to run money management workshops for groups or how to mentor individuals.



All of the qualifications are accredited by the Open College Network.

Interactive online course and face-to-face sessions in major cities around the UK, subject to demand.

The Money for Life Challenge

Who is it for?

Teams of 16 to 24 year olds in Further Education, work-based learning, adult community learning or a training organisation.




What does it involve?

The Money for Life Challenge is a national competition which provides £500 grants for teams of 16 to 24 year olds to run a project to improve money management skills in their communities. The most inspiring and impactful projects progress to the National Finals and the UK Grand Final, with great prizes on offer.

Employee volunteering with Family Action

Who is it for?

Lloyds Banking Group employees.





What does it involve?

Money for Life is partnering with Family Action  to support around 1,500 families across the UK with essential money skills.


Lloyds Banking Group employee volunteers take the Teach Others course and deliver workshops covering a range of money management topics.
