Money for Life was highly commended in the Jaguar Land Rover Building Stronger Communities Award category and received a Big Tick at Business in the Community’s (BITC) prestigious Awards for Excellence in July 2012, and was reaccredited in 2013.

The Jaguar Land Rover Building Stronger Communities Award identifies genuine partnerships between businesses and community organisations, where businesses have worked with a community partner to identify and address a key social issue. The award recognises sustainable projects or initiatives that are making a lasting impact.

The Awards for Excellence recognise the powerful and positive role that business plays in society. They shine a spotlight on those organisations that are transforming themselves by integrating responsible business across all they do and by doing so, are transforming the communities in which they operate, making things better for society and the environment.

Money for Life was also awarded a special mention in the Independent newspaper’s Peer Awards 2012.
